Patience
Patience is so hard!
When I want to talk,
I have to be patient
With the person I am talking to.
I have to wait for them
To get my message.
Things
When my mind is full of things,
Things that I don’t like to think about
I’m full of fears.
I settle my mind on things,
Things I like to think about
Then I’m full of joy!
